BEAN TALK // SPEAKING WITH CONDFIDENCE

This event will explore practical strategies for navigating conversations with clients, consultants, and contractors—whether in the boardroom, on site, or in everyday professional interactions. We’ll discuss how confidence, clarity, and presence can influence outcomes, strengthen professional relationships, and support career growth.

A key focus of the discussion will be on supporting women in architecture as they build confidence, authority, and visibility in both office and site-based settings. Through shared experiences and actionable tools, we aim to create space for honest dialogue, learning, and encouragement.
